Aloha, Howdy and Hello!

My name is Geoff Hyatt (The Big Kahuna), I own and operate Big Kahuna Realty and Property Management, a full service Real Estate Brokerage and Property Managment Firm.

A little about me, I am a Texas transplant from the great state of Kansas and have over 15 years of real estate and property management experience. My love for the Aloha spirit started when my wife and I spent our honeymoon on the island of Maui and decided to bring that spirit for life back home with us and share it with everyone we meet and make everyone part of our Ohana (Family).

I have worked for several large corporations and several small ones before venturing out to start Big Kahuna Realty and Property Management, to allow me to better service my clients needs. I have been part of one of the largest real estate teams in the Houston area and even owned a large name brand brokerage at one point but preferred the attention I could give my clients being in a smaller setting on my own and "Make Waves" with Big Kahuna Realty and Property Management.

When you work with me you are part of my "Ohana" at a boutique company that will forever limit the number of clients I will service so that I can maintain that personal touch with clients, owners, tenants and vendors.
